Rickard Nilsson

CEO & Partner

Rickard holds a BSc. in economics and BA from Lund University. He has experience as CEO, controller and Investment Manager from the real estate company Skogskupan AB in Malmö and has a broad network in the Swedish commercial real estate market. Rickard also has a number of board assignments in unlisted companies.

He loves watching NFL Sundays as a great way of spending time with his family. A long ride on his bicycle is highly appreciated and he also enjoys playing padel and golf.

Björn Möller

Board member & Partner

Björn has been active in the financial industry for the last 30 years.

Prior to INTIC he held various senior management positions such as, Head of Foundations in Sweden and

Head of Family Office in Stockholm at SEB. In 2021 Björn left the role as deputy CEO at Burenstam & Partners to join INTIC. Björn also holds board assignments in a few unlisted companies.

Björn loves to play golf and padel. He also loves traveling, especially to the sunny latitudes where he combines the visits with golf.

Fredrik Lideholm

Chairman & Partner

Fredrik has a long-established international management background both in project-based businesses and more traditional senior management. With a foundation of a law degree he has been part of the senior management teams at Frigoscandia Equipment, FMC Technologies, Kockums and Lindab. Fredrik has upheld various eVP-positions of General Counsel, HR Director and Head of M&A. In addition, Fredrik has also experience from international private lawfirm practice.

Fredrik also holds a significant experience from board practice on all levels and currently upholds various board positions, both in commercial businesses, pro-bono and public organizations. Furthermore Fredrik leads cross-functional teams in various M&A projects.

Fredrik is quite active and plays padel in his spare time. Living with Petra in Båstad, Sweden together with Selma 18 and Ines 11.

Anders Berg

Board member & Partner

Anders has a long background from Senior Executive and CEO roles in international public and private companies. Anders brings with him experience from living and working in China, SEA, Europe, Africa, North- and South America focusing on industrial and business development, M&A, turnaround management and talent development.

Anders also holds a significant experience from board practice in both public and private companies.

Carl Hagert

Board member & Partner

Following a MSc in Business Administration from the University of Lund, Carl has spent more than 25 years in the European Energy markets working with trading, origination, structured transactions and M&A with companies such as TXU Nordic, Essent Trading, Koch Suppy & Trading and Danske Commodities. Today Carl works as a private investor, senior advisor, entrepreneur and business angel for small to midsize companies in technology and energy.

Amela Hodzic

Boardmember, Allard Support for Better Life AB

Amela Hodzic holds a MSc in Economics from University of Lund. Amela has an extensive experience in both public and private sector and has upheld various senior positions as a financial advisor, resposinble for procurement and HR working and sustainability, strategic communication, innovations and business development.

Amela also holds a significant board experience and sits on numerous boards including Wihlborgs, Camp Scandinavia and bank board.

Amela loves to exercise and to write books. She is currently living in Malmö, Sweden together with her husband and her three wonderful sons Elis, Edwin and Benjamin.

Christian Karlsson

Head of Investor Relations & Partner

Christian has a long entrepreneurial background within professional services and the financial sector. He brings experience from several executive roles both from family run businesses as well as executive partner within large consulting firms as PwC and Aspia. He also brings experience from B2B sales and growth by building business acumen in organisations.

Christan has experience from M&A, MBO, turnaround management and financial reporting and he focuses on developing leaders and key talents as well as sales culture in organisations.

Christian holds a number of board positions as chairman or director of the board in unlisted companies.

Christian lives in Gothenburg and plays a lot of padel and golf. You can also meet him on the long beaches in the Valencia region in Spain where he often stays with his wife during holidays.
